This place is neat with terrific service and great staff, providing clean units with nice views and plenty of food in the attached restaurant.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk were available in our superior triple room. The hotel staff was amicable and excellent.

Its location was central, so close to Hoeheweg.

The staff were decent every time I needed help. the location in a central area was perfect and nice and there were the main shopping centre and a main shopping street nearby. Restaurant Aare, where you can eat good food, was set 5 minutes walk away.

Everything was in line with the description and expectations. Clean, cozy, comfortable.

We requested a standard double room with a balcony and it was prepared upon our arrival.

Truly enjoyed Interlaken, the hotel was modest and perfect to everything bus train supermarket. Our room was silent and compact with a balcony. The staff were very kind and nice people. The breakfast was good with made-to-order eggs, and the food was excellent.

The room is a nice size and has a fantastic view of the mountains. the newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower. - There is good multi-channel television, a seating area, and a study table included.

Rooms were beautiful. the location was marvellous, with a grassy park nearby. - Took a walk around the city center, which was not too far from the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as shops and restaurants. The breakfast provided was satisfying with a good selection of items. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One drawback was the lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to transport luggage up to the rooms, especially for those staying on higher floors. Another inconvenience was the placement of the wash basin inside the room instead of the bathroom, which could disrupt the sleep of other guests.
